The Green Leaf Inn; the first Net Zero Energy Hotel being built in North America, will encompass a totally new world of luxury never before experienced through the context of sustainable living. Guests and visitors alike will experience a living laboratory of new technology, products, and providers.
The Inn includes remodeling of the existing home containing three suites, eating area, commercial kitchen and laundry, and new construction of a separate building with 16 hotel suites, conference facilities, massage suites and Welcome Center.

It takes a dedicated group of professional builders and engineers to design and integrate multiple energy, water conservation and waste management systems, as well as building and interior design concepts. We’ve hand selected this team of innovative thinkers and sustainability professionals to bring the Green Leaf Inn to life.
